Fou fou fou fou
(C-c-c-c-crazy about you) : In between sets at the Coconut Motel (Trois-Rivières, Québec), playing ukulele with semi-hawaiian music ensemble the “Maï Taï Orchestra”, me and some friends went back to their room for yet another drink. I picked up an acoustic guitar and started singing “Je suis f-f-f-f-f-f-f-fou du jazz” (“I’m c-c-c-c-c-c-c-crazy about jazz”), which is not totally true, but provided for a great song idea. For a few weeks I had a hard time getting this song to leave my head.
